off topic - but did you get a tent in the end and which type? I am having *thoughts* about upgrading from a nasty one man lucky if you can sit up let alone stand, and have similar effort/space concerns to deal with...
Not yet I'm afraid ... cash has been a distinct problem (or rather tha lack of it has been a problem) recently. I have my fingers crossed for a new tent in the near(ish) future though ... and I think I'll go with a Bell tent, the quick erect tents are great but you can't beat a Bell for comfort.
yes, I think I'm erring in the same direction -storytelling festivals seem ever so frequently to be tented, and a nice comfy space of my own seems important. The credit card may be stretched to provide!
