Except for the first episode, there's been a mention every week so far.

The End of the World: The Mocks tells the Face about "the Bad Wolf scenario".

The Unquiet Dead: Gwyneth tells Rose that she's seen "the Big Bad Wolf".

Aliens of London: A child sprays "Bad Wolf" onto the TARDIS.

World War Three: Following the episode, Mickey posted this to his website - "You see, [the Doctors]'s off, making another decision for us, all "I'm the big bad wolf and it's way past your bedtime.""

Dalek: The call sign of the covert ops chopper bringing in the special forces was "Bad Wolf 1"

The Long Game: as cutietrol points out, onc eof the newsfeeds is from Bad Wolf TV, and
