Stuff, and a little bit of t'ing
Jun. 24th, 2008 04:52 pmYesterday evening I felt the distinct scratching of the Black Dog at my door. Now there is a big difference between feeling glum and the onrush of a period of depression and, let me tell you, yesterday I was not feeling glum. Mercifully, realising what was happening seems to have held it at bay somewhat and today I am in a better place (though I can still hear the Beast snarling at the edges of perception). Scaring off a bout of depression is a Good Thing™ and has made me feel rather better about things, feeling that I am, perhaps, more in control than controlled ... I heartily recommend this ... well, I heartily recommend it for me, I would much rather that none of my lovely friends were subjected to anything bad.
