Tattoos and/or Piercings: I have a tattoo on my arm and pierced ears. If you're talking about preferences on others, I love tattoos very much - they make someone so much more interesting to undress.

Would you give me a kidney? To be honest I have to say that I wouldn't. I have enough trouble getting my two to function and think I'd be in serious trouble if the capacity was to halve.

I'd take having someone's back in a fight to mean looking out for them so someone couldn't stab them in the back. I don't know if there's a right or wrong answer, but just thought I should clarify my understanding of it so my own answer isn't misunderstood!
