Rising to a challenge

Does anyone happen to know how I might convert dialogue excerpts from a DVD to MP3? If this involves the use of software then (obviously) free software would be appreciated.

Failing that, does anyone know a good source for MP3 dialogue files from Bladerunner? My Google-fu has let me down.
