Thinking too much

So this week's offering from Dr Who "The Time of Angels" had me pondering something in the small wee hours:

If River Song wasn't taught to fly a TARDIS by the Doctor, doesn't it follow that she was taught by a Timelord? So does that mean that she is a Timelord who has somehow managed to avoid the whole Time War thing by dint of hiding? Or that she has made contact with one who isn't in the time bubble? Of course she might have been lying and it's possible that the Doctor did teach her, just not this Doctor. Man this timey-wimey stuff is confusing.

In other news, hurrah to the adorable Catpooka anf Jimfer, at least one of whom is going to have a baby in the next few months. Yippee!

fair point! I always have them as seperate things in my head, cos of the personal stuff I say here that wouldn't make it onto facebook!!

Yes, had you shared the news here I wouldn't have echoed it on Facebook but felt no issue about it the other way around ... funny that.
